Our PAW principles
Health & Safety
Unfortunately, you cannot attend a PAWLATES class if you:

are pregnant,

have pet allergies
-
are under 18 years old
Due to health and safety reasons, PAWLATES reserves the right to turn anyone away that is thought to be unsuitable for the class.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Jewellery and accessories are to be worn at your own risk; please be aware that cheeky puppies like to pull on hair and dangly items. PAWLATES is not liable for any damage to any personal items.

Our Pawlates staff, including the puppies owner, will be present at all times to ensure they are happy and comfortable.

Forever homes
Our purpose is to work with breeders to help socialise the puppies before they go to their forever homes.
Our puppies are carefully selected from loving homes where their breeders ensure they are happy and healthy.
​
We work with puppies from 8 weeks old, after they have had their first vaccinations, to protect their health. This is the most important time in a puppies life for them to be exposed to positive experiences to help shape them into confident and secure dogs.
PAWLATES classes are designed to benefit everyone involved in the session.
Please note that there will be no buying or selling of puppies in our PAWLATES classes.

Happy Puppies
Our classes are designed to be relaxing, calming and stress-free. The puppies socialise with new people and toys. These sessions help aid the weaning period by giving their mum a little rest from her duties at home.
​
Because we endeavour to create a calm environment for humans and animals, all Pilates exercises and stretches will be performed with care to avoid unlikely accidents to puppies and humans.
​
The puppies will not be taking part in any Pilates. They are free to roam the room, sleep and play.
​
Our puppies can be quite a disraction; PAWLATES is a very relaxed environment, you can join in on the Pilates as much or as little as you like!
Depending on the breed of puppy and time of day, our sessions with the puppies will always be unique.
